I remember spending school holidays at my grandparent’s farm and eating duck. Duck in the grocery stores is not worth buying. Does anyone know of a duck supplier on the gold coast?

Hi Rebecca, our friends own Sunforest Turkey farm, they used to grow beautiful organic duck as well. They certainly have distributors of their turkeys on the Gold Coast. It might be worth contacting them and finding out if they still do ducks or if they know someone who is.
They grow beautuful poultry and do it in very humane and healthy way. Dean
