Hi y’all,
I have just made NT Almond cake and it is sooooo yummy! I love it, it is my new favourite thing to bake. However, I am wondering if I am missing something. Has anyone made this cake? It had risen perfectly in the oven, but when I took it out to cool, it sunk to half its height. Is this expected?
